Licence grant
After payment approval, the purchaser receives one limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered digital resources for their own personal learning and work.
Permitted use
The purchaser may download the authorised customer files, use the worksheets for their own activities, and retain reasonable personal backups.
Not permitted
The files may not be resold, redistributed, publicly uploaded, sublicensed, shared as downloadable copies, or incorporated into another product for redistribution. Account, platform, eligibility, and commercial results are not guaranteed.
Current delivery files
The current downloadable files are not personalised with the purchaser’s name, email, or other identity. The store separately records order, product-version, delivery, and download information needed to provide secure access and support.
Access and support
Download access may expire or be revoked for a recorded refund, fraud, payment reversal, or material licence breach. Legitimate access problems can be reviewed using the original checkout email and safe order reference.
