Payment-proof concern
If Well Given PH sends a verification notice, use only its one-use secure link to submit one replacement screenshot within seven calendar days. Do not email payment credentials.
Payment or refund concern
If you paid but did not receive access, do not pay again immediately. Send your order reference and a non-sensitive transaction receipt. Refund requests are reviewed and recorded manually; Well Given PH does not initiate an automatic wallet transfer from this page.
Download concern
If a secure link has expired or been revoked, support may verify the original order and issue replacement access. Replacement access is reviewed individually and is not automatic.
